Any damages, errors or shortages requiring a replacement should be notified within 3 days of receipt of order.

Goods damaged in transit can only be replaced if signed for as ‘Damaged’. All products should be checked before signing for them. All items with visible damage to the outer packaging should be signed for as damaged.

Stock products can be returned for restocking if they are in a resalable condition . The 30% charge will apply.  All other items are made-to-order and cannot be restocked.


Prices are subject to VAT and delivery charges.

Credit card payments of outstanding accounts or values over €1,000 maybe refused or subject a service charge of 3%

Overdue credit accounts maybe subject to a charge of 8% per annum. Goods remain the property of Display Magic until paid for in full.

The availability of forward orders are subject to stock in transit and production capacity. Availability will be provided at time of placing an order. Forward order can only be cancelled within 24 hours of the order being placed


We warrant that the goods will correspond with the specification and will be free from defects caused by faulty materials or workmanship for a period of one year, With an extended two years warranty available on selected items.

We do not warrant that goods will be fit for any purpose. Please check the specification meets the proposed application before placing an order.


Artwork for printing should be supplied as a high resolution PDF at the size required to be printed. Artwork will not be checked before printing and it is customers responsibility to ensure file is correct and “print ready”. Where artwork has been supplied incorrectly additional charges will apply for reprint of the artwork.
